ive never auditioned for a musical before but i want to try. i have a pretty good voice but i cant think of a song to try out with. any suggestions?
I am a highschool student and want to try out for our musical. i need an audition song badly! any ideas?
well first of all that depends on what range you have.
for an alto-some soprano, i would suggest the wizard and i from wicked. over the rainbow is always a good one-mostly alto. castle on a cloud from les miserables-alto/soprano. there once was a man or hernandos hideaway from the pajama game-more soprano. or anything from thoroughly modern millie depending on the show. or possibly fame form fame-alto. if you'd like more help, i have an entire list on musicals and am more than willing to help you. hope that helps some!!!
