What should my wedding song be for our first dance?

My fiance and I are having a 50's wedding and a lot of emphasis on frank sinatra, I am walking down the aisle to frankie (I THINK) so i wanted the first song dance to be sung by someone else. Any Suggestions?

What should my wedding song be for our first dance?
"At Last" by Etta James is a good one, but a lot of people use it. Is there any song that is really special to the both of you? Most people play "their song" for the first dance. "It had to be you" would be good if you want something with a little more swing to it.

Reply:I second the "At Last"
Reply:"What a wonderful world" Louis Armstrong.

"When I fall in Love" %26amp; "Unforgettable" Nat King Cole
Reply:we are using 'something in the way she moves me' by the beatles. we are using an acoustic slow version.
Reply:What was the first slow dance you dance with your soon to be hubby?
Reply:"Some Kind of Wonderful"...it's not a slow one though...I liked being able to move a bit (after the picture shot you get kind of self conscious) and it's very complemnentary to you.

I also like somethin like "Fly me to the Moon"...which is a Frank Sinatra song or perhaps "As Time Goes By"...which isn't.

Good luck...and have fun.
Reply:"When God made you" by newsong/natalie grant or keeper of the stars(not sure who sings that one). wind beneath my wings by bette midler. from this moment by shania twain/brian adams or some brian dude. sorry. those are some good song suggestions that jillette gave. never thought of those!
