What song should my bride and I use for our entrance to the reception?

It should be something fun and upbeat since its an exciting moment-the first time you are introduced as husband and wife!!! Slow love songs should be saved for the first dance which happens right after. I would pick something fun that interests you both, me and my finance were considering Meet the Mets cause we're both fans. Something like that or a theme song from a fav. tv show or just a fun song.

Reply:pretty goofy I know, but we used Lets get ready to Rumble off the Jock Jams soundtrack...it was totally unexpected and really got the crown hyped up...lol! We had a formal wedding, but everything was fun like that, my guests LOVED it!

Reply:I just heard this instrumental piece that I think would be perfect for a bride and groom to use to enter the reception. It's brief and joyous.





It's called "Hero's Wedding" and is from the film Much Ado About Nothing (with Emma Thompson). It is #15 on the soundtrack.





It's more classical sounding, so if you want something modern or rock and roll - this wouldn't be for you.
