I WANT SOMEPLACE WHERE I CAN GET ONSTAGE AND SING OUR SONG IN FRONT OF EVERYONE OR AT LEAST GIVE A SHORT PUBLIC SPEECH FOR HIM... I HAVE A GORGEOUS RING I GOT HIM AND I WANT TO LET HIM KNOW HOW MUCH HE MEANS





I LIVE IN CITRUS HEIGHTS AND HAVE NO CAR...LIMOS ARE OUT.. ITS PROBABLY GOING TO BE A RIDE FROM DAD.





ANYTHING AT LEAST SEMI CLASSY WITH A STAGE WHERE I COULD ARRANGE SOMETHING LIKE THAT IN CITRUS HEIGHTS OR WITHIN 15 MILES...

i know nothing about citrus heights or what is by it. anyway what's wrong with a comedy club or a chareoke club they both sound like good places to me. good luck

Reply:sorry i dont know where citrus heights is......but does it really have to be on stage??? go on top of the mountain together, take a picnic basket...then sing it to him there...and the world will hear you....remember your directing the singing to him not to an audience....have fun!!
Reply:I suggest you do a house party at your place or a friend's. Events at someone's house are more comfortable, more memorable, possibly cheaper, and they're more likely to let you sing. You can keep it as classy as you like -- ask a friend to help hostess and to set an atmosphere.





If you really want to go out, I second the karaoke vote. Some karaoke spots have private rooms, so you're not sharing your moment with a bunch of strangers. Also a lot of restaurants are closed on Monday evenings and may be available for private functions. But if you're looking to dad for transport, I'm guessing your budget doesn't stretch to that.





P.S. This is your husband, right? Song and ring sound a bit much for a boyfriend anniversary; you might scare him.
